Tips for Acne Skin Care
Acne Care and Tips for healthy skin from
Bath and Spa Supply has created this Acne Care Kit with the instruction manual in order for you to get control of and get rid of your acne. Follow the directions for best results:
Cleansing Bar: wet hands, face and bar. Rub bar into hands for a good coating. Gently scrub the face all over. Avoid contact with eyes, the salt packs quite a sting! Make sure you take enough time to work in the cleanser well, but don’t be rough with the skin on your face. It is delicate, even if you are tough!
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Repeat as necessary after heavy perspiration or contact with oils from cooking, or contact with oily hair products
Skin toner spray:
Shake vigorously before using. Spray directly on affected skin. Let it air dry for best results. If you are in a hurry, pat dry with a dry cotton cloth. This toner is gentle enough to use through out the day as a pick me up. The ingredients have astringent qualities and give your skin a boost whenever you need it.
Acne Safe Lotion:
A little goes a long way! Use acne safe lotion before you go out into the sun to protect your healing skin from further damage. If you have combination skin, this is a great moisturizer that will give your skin what it needs to repair itself – moisture and protein.
Put a small amount on your ring finger and apply to affected area. Be gentle, your skin is trying to heal!
Deep Cleansing Facial Mask:
Use this mask once or twice weekly depending on the severity of your acne. Set aside about 10 to 15 minutes for this mask. Apply evenly and a bit thick to dry face while avoiding the eyes. Do not scrub! Let the mask stay on and dry for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Then, pat skin dry with a cotton towel or cloth. Your face or other affected area will feel better and better with each use.
Don’t forget, your skin takes care of you 24/7. You can spend a few minutes each day taking care of your skin!
10 Tips to control acne
1. Cleanse your face or other affected skin gently, one or two times a day. Use Green Tea spa soap with dead sea salts to deeply clean your skin without leaving it dry, tight or flaky.
2. Use Green Tea skin toner to tighten your pores and tone your skin. Tightening your pores will make it harder for bacteria to get under your skin.
3. Avoid petroleum based products on your skin. Petroleum based products leave a film on the top of your skin that makes it harder for your skin to absorb oxygen. Let your skin breath!
4. Avoid covering your face with your hair for long periods of time or having a hat on for long periods of time.
5. Over exposure to the sun will dry your skin and cause your skin to produce more oils to compensate. Use sun protection.
6. Acne Safe lotion contains sun protection along with an astringent moisturizer. This means it will help your skin stay soft and moist without being oily. Tea Tree oil also helps fight bacteria, Acne Safe is available with this essential oil with special orders.
7. Cleanse your skin after heavy sweating to avoid aggravating your acne.
8. Avoid touching your face often since the oils from your hands and the bacteria from your hands can irritate your acne
9. Elevated stress levels will make your acne worse. Learn stress reduction techniques and try to chill out when you feel stressed.
10. Once a week or perhaps more for tough acne, use the detoxifying, deep cleansing Facial Mask with spa quality clay, dead sea salts, and other all natural ingredients that gets rid of the gunk, but won’t leave our face dry and flaky.

As the formulator with a Master of Science, I know my products and formulations inside and out. However, when i write sometimes I don’t realize that others don’t know what I do about the products.
